After the £22m investment at Chichester Festival Theatre Caper and Berry were selected to operate the catering outlets. Soon after opening, both the Brasserie and the Bar & Grill became popular destinations as event spaces.

Located just one mile from Chichester Crematorium and overlooking Oaklands Park in Chichester the Restaurants in the Minerva building at Chichester Festival Theatre make an ideal venue. Ample parking in North Street car park right outside means it’s a very short walk all on the flat.

The Brasserie Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Minerva building. Newly renovated it holds space for 200 guests seated and up to 400 standing. The Brasserie has a lovely sheltered terrace. Stepping outside to enjoy the views whilst remaining under the cover of parasols to get away from the hustle and bustle can be very welcoming.

The Bar & Grill is located on the first floor accessed by a lift or stairs. This warm and welcoming space offers truly great vistas across Oaklands Park. The Bar & Grill offers guests a full bar area stocked with local ales, spirits and wines. Seating capacity for up to 100 guests with banquet and booth seating section as well as traditional seating allows for many permutations for a room layout.

We have experienced and understanding staff who will ensure every detail is dealt with sympathetically and sensitively to ease the process at such a difficult time. We offer the ability to set projectors to display images, integrated music system if required. We are on hand to advise and take any unnecessary stress away from such difficult times.

We are a food led company making our dishes from scratch the old fashion way. Our talented brigade of chefs bake our cakes, scones, sandwiches daily for our restaurants and cafes and the same care and attention is forwarded for every event we have.

Every event is unique and rather than set up a package deal we like to whenever possible discuss menus and how the event will run to personalise the catering and offer suggestions. You may have a favourite cake you would like baked or decide to bring in some photos and flowers.

We can offer anything from an afternoon tea, hot and cold buffets, bowl food to a full sit-down dining experience.
