At Beeston Fields, we understand the challenges that come with arranging a wake. We recognise that this is a deeply emotional time for everyone involved, and we are committed to providing exceptional care and support throughout the process.

Our Clubhouse offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with picturesque views of the parkland, creating a serene and comforting setting. Located near both the crematorium and local churches, our venue provides conveniency for guest travel. our onsite car park provides ample parking for guests, including dedicated disabled parking and ramp access.

The versatility of our space allows us to accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate groups of 20 to larger assemblies of up to 120 individuals. We offer audio-visual equipment for presentations or music, and our team is equipped to cater to all dietary requirements.

Our venue hire ensures a private and tranquil enviroment, allowing you to tailor the occasion to reflect the unique personality and wishes of your loved one. We are here to support you in arranging every detail, ensuring that the event is both meaningful and memorable.

VENUE HIRE
Venue hire includes private use of either the Sun Lounge or Dining Room for up to 4 hours, including dedicated staff, chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Please contact our team for venue hire prices and availability. We are happy to discuss any specific requirements or adjustments to ensure everything meets your needs.
Prior to the wake, you’ll meet with one of our Clubhouse Managers to discuss the details of the event and menu choices. Our team will then arrange the room according to your preferences, ensuring everything is ready for guest arrival.
