The Family owned and run Langstone Cliff Hotel is situated in 19 acres of Devon woodland overlooking the sea and Exe Estuary with ample free parking for over 200 cars and or coaches. There is plentiful open air seating on the acres of lawns. There is level access to all public areas and a lift is available to the first floor bedrooms.

The hotel has been owned and managed by the Rogers family since it opened over 70 years ago in 1947, Geoff and Gerry are still actively involved in the operations and along with Mark and Louise Manage the day to day operations ably assisted by the rest of the Family and a team numbering approximately 80 local staff many who have been with us for over 20 years. We offer a caring, friendly atmosphere in comfortable surroundings in which to relax and remember.

There is good access to public transport with a scheduled bus stop opposite the hotel entrance and a main line railway at Dawlish Warren station a few hundred metres away, Dawlish station has a more frequent service and is 5-minute Taxi ride away (1.5 Miles).

The Hotel offers a wealth of facilities for receptions and events with rooms available to accommodate up to 400 guests in air-conditioned comfort and smaller rooms for parties as small as half a dozen. Many of the rooms have spectacular sea views.
We offer a wide selection of catering from afternoon teas, through light buffets, to formal sit-down meals.

The Verandah suite consists of the 25 seat Verandah Room, 20 seat Garden Room, 20 seat Drawing Room and 40 seat lounge The Lounge Drawing Room and Verandah may be combined to create a larger space if required.

The Lincoln Suite comprises the 35 seat Lincoln Bar Lounge, the 200 Seat Lincoln Restaurant and 50 seat Orchid room. The Orchid Room is a very popular venue for private events.

The Washington Suite comprises the 400 seat Washington Ballroom along with its 40 seat conservatory, adjoining 50 seat lounge bar and separate foyer and entrance.

There are two bars in the hotel offering a wide range of draught beers, lagers, and ciders, a selection of wine and a wide range of spirits, The bars can also offer a comprehensive snack and light lunch menu.

There are selection of large, recently refurbished, comfortable lounges which comprise the Verandah suite, enjoying spectacular sea views in which to relax and a very pleasant Victorian Verandah overlooking the sea and Exe estuary.

The 64 bedrooms are constantly being updated, many have sea views, 17 rooms have balconies, many rooms have air conditioning and or king size beds. There are ten bedrooms on the ground floor and all of these rooms have walk-in showers

The Hotel has a wealth of leisure facilities, including both indoor & outdoor (in Season) heated Swimming Pools, a Tennis Court, Table Tennis, a full sized Snooker Table, Fitness room and a Hairdressing Salon.
