The reception following a funeral can take many forms and therefore we aim to provide a flexible service that will suit the personal needs of our customers.

The Chapel
For an intimate reception for up to 18 people we have The Chapel where a small buffet or cooked meal can be provided for you and your guests.

The Hopwood Suite
For a larger reception we have the Hopwood Suite which can be sectioned off to create the size of space required for your group from 20 up to a maximum of 180 guests.
There is no room hire fee charged for Funeral Receptions.

The Hopwood Suite benefits from having:

A Private Bar
Private Comfort Facilities including baby changing facilities
Disabled Access
Air Conditioning
Projector screen to show video or images

In the Hopwood Suite you can choose from our choice of Buffet menus and tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day free of charge.

Other information
The Manchester Golf Club is beautifully set with our function rooms overlooking the putting green and fabulous 240 acre golf course. We are within easy access of the M60 and M62 motorways and offer extensive secure parking facilities.
It is not necessary to be a member of the golf club to make a booking of this nature and you are assured a warm welcome during your visit.
