The Dolphin is said to be over 400 years old, although the earliest written record dates from 1785. The present building features a flagstone floor and two wood-burning inglenook fireplaces and dates from the 18th century.

The church opposite was one of those featured in the film ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’.
