We understand that the passing of a loved one can be a very difficult time, therefore we aim to make things as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Badgemore Park is located in Henley-on-Thames, just 20-minute drive from Reading Crematorium and offers ample free parking as well as full disabled access.

You have the choice of three stunning settings: The Coach House, The Fairway and our covered Courtyard. Venue hire not only includes the space, complimentary Wi-fi and use of a screen & projector are all available.

Converted in the 19th century, The Coach House allows you to host your function in the most spectacular of settings. Located on the ground floor, it has a stylish bar and has been recently renovated throughout. With areas for dining, mingling and direct access to our covered Courtyard, the Coach House provides everything you need and can host up to 200 guests standing. Ideal numbers are between 60 and 120 allowing space for both sitting and standing.

Our Fairway, on the first floor, has stunning views of the golf course. With both round and long tables, this can be setup as you require. The Fairway can host between 40 and 120 guests and is totally self-contained with it’s own kitchen ensuring exclusivity.

We can cater to any number, so if you are looking for a smaller reception, you are welcome to use a section of the Coach House.

Our menus range from canapés to buffets or even afternoon tea, with various drinks options such as a freshly brewed tea and coffee station, a welcome drink or wine table. Bespoke menus are available upon request.

We have 8 B&B accommodation rooms on-site for any guests who may be travelling from afar.
