We have experience of offering a respectful, compassionate, and caring service. We make every effort to deal with your requirements with the minimum of fuss, making what can be an emotional time less stressful for you. We can cater for parties from 20 up to 120 guests. As part of the process, we understand that anticipating numbers can be difficult. We will make every effort to be flexible.

Availability
The Hall & Gardens are open to the public and host smaller celebrations of life, for up to 50 guests, on Wednesdays—Fridays, if you are expecting a large number of guests then Mondays and Tuesdays when the Hall & Gardens are closed to the public are available.

Room capacities
South Dining Room: 20 – 45 guests
Ballroom & South Dining Room: 45 – 80 guests Great Hall, Ballroom & South Dining Room: 80-130 guests
Room Hire The room is allocated to you for 4 hours from time of arrival. Charges are as follows:
South Dining Room: £250
Ballroom & South Dining Room: £300
Great Hall, Ballroom & South Dining Room: £400 If you wish to extend use of the facilities beyond 4 hours an hourly rate is charged according to availability.

Menus
The menus are priced to include buffet food and the option to add unlimited tea & coffee. We are happy to advise you on menu options or any other aspects of the reception.
Dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, allergens) can be catered for.
Our Library Bar will also be open for further drinks serving a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
