At the Ship Inn, we take pride in providing you and your family with a personalised and discreet approach to organising a loved one’s wake.

Our dedicated team will work closely with you during the sad circumstances to ensure every part of the day is just how you envisioned it.

We have various options for Wakes at the Ship Inn. They can be held in our bar & restaurant, with a capacity of 50 guests each; or we also have our lovely garden with a very relaxed atmosphere which can be set up in any way you want, and as private as you want. Our garden can cater for larger numbers up to 200 guests.

Funerals are now more and more personalised, so if you would like to add some personal touches like a favourite CD of the deceased, or a memorial DVD for the background, or anything else then please let us know and we can assist in making this come true.

Nothing is too much trouble for our team, please ask and we will make it happen. We would like to help you to make the occasion unique and special, to have an occasion where your family and friends can comfortably, and fondly remember the deceased.
