We have a number of different rooms depending on what you have in mind. The Georgian Eating Room is a large light room with access to the grounds. Originally Soane’s dining room, it boasts large windows which look out into Walpole Park and ample space for guests to mingle. Soane’s suite is a collection of three rooms leading into a conservatory which overlooks the park. The suite has a reserved and private ambience and lends itself to a more intimate celebration of life.

The manor being situated in Walpole park, gives you the opportunity to take a walk or sit in our beautiful walled garden, if you would a moment alone. We are flexible and are led by your vision for your event, so if you would like a string quartet playing soft music in the background or you have anything else in mind, you only have to ask.

Old Deer Park is a private members sports club built on the site of a royal deer park on the outskirts of Richmond, Surrey. Set in 15 acres of parkland it has views towards the famous pagoda of the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew. Located on Kew Road, Richmond it’s just a 7 minute drive from Mortlake Crematorium and 15 minutes from South West Middlesex Crematorium. It’s also very convenient for underground & mainline trains.

Family and friends can gather at a reception to remember your loved one in a relaxed atmosphere in one of our 4 function rooms all with views across parkland.

Our dedicated, caring, and professional staff will plan and prepare the reception arrangements with you to ensure the process is as easy as possible for you. We have a very flexible approach so please feel free to discuss all your requirements without hesitation.

We have ceiling mounted projectors with screens to display photographs and an integrated AV system to play music.

The Club can be hired for funeral receptions weekdays between 10am and 5pm. We have a cosy bar plus a large hall and can offer a low-cost flexible service; our friendly Bar Manager will be on hand to make your reception as hassle-free as possible.

Location
We are close to Chiswick Bridge in Mortlake on the south bank towpath with beautiful views over the Thames. We are a short walk (500 yards) from Mortlake Crematorium; for those preferring to drive the short distance, we have plenty of free parking.

Catering
Many guests order platters from local supermarkets as a cost effective solution. M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are all close by. You can drop off the platters before the service and we will lay them out for you ready for your return. We provide complimentary tea/coffee should you choose this option.

For more formal catering, we are happy for you to choose your own company. We have a small Kitchen for simple food preparation.

Licensed Bar
Our Club has a fully licensed bar accepting cash, contactless and major credit cards. We can also pre-arrange a tab if you would like to set some money behind the bar for guests.
We are happy to provide a table for flowers and your remembrance book as well as the ability to play your loved one’s favourite music and to show photographs on a large TV in the bar.

                    [post_content] => Located a short walk from the Hanwell cemetery, Brent Valley Golf Course offers a private, friendly and comfortable setting for friends and family to remember a loved one.

The club house can fit up to 70 guests, has a licensed bar and a lovely, seated patio area overlooking the golf course. We even have two full sized gazebos to provide access to outside patio come rain or shine.

We’re flexible in terms of catering, with on-site food available and the option to provide your own if preferred.

The venue is just a few minutes from Hanwell rail station and within easy reach of all the major road routes to the west of London.

There’s free on-site parking – please just enter your registration at reception.
