At Blossomfield Club, we are very experienced in helping families through the difficult task of organising a funeral tea or wake. You can rest assured our courteous staff will offer supportive and friendly service to your family and friends in our peaceful, tranquil surroundings. We offer an informal secluded atmosphere, where your family and friends can come and pay their respects and celebrate the life of your loved one.

Your wake will be accommodated in our bright and newly refurbished lounge bar. Should the weather be on your side you may also wish to take advantage of our dual aspect patio areas overlooking the cricket and bowls green. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the central Solihull churches and 8 minutes from Robinhood Crematorium with plenty of free parking. We offer a full tailored service, taking in account number of guest attending, their dietary requirements and budget.

Our experienced Club Manager will guide you through the whole event so that you will feel confident that you are suitably honouring the memory of your loved one, whether you have 30 or 120 attending.

Function room hire

Monday – Friday half day am or pm 4-hour slots available £60 inc. VAT Monday – Friday Full day over 4 hours £100 inc. VAT

Please note the bar area overlooking the cricket ground is closed to non-members at 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm on Fridays to allow our members to use the members bar at the club, you will however be able to use the function bar overlooking bowl green should you require more time with your family and friends.

Catering

Our fully serviced bar will be available throughout. We offer a wide range of catering options to suit you. Afternoon teas start from £7, finger buffets from just £9 and fork buffets from £15.00. All prices are per head.
